Overview

Sarah is a motivated and enthusiastic attorney who goes above and beyond to help clients achieve their goals. Sarah was born and raised just outside of Boston and is a proud alumnus of Boston College Law School. With these strong ties to the Boston area, Sarah is committed to establishing herself in the legal community through active involvement in legal organizations and networking opportunities.

Prior to joining Allcock & Marcus, Sarah was a corporate and real estate attorney at a Boston law firm and worked on a wide variety of transactional matters, giving her a strong legal foundation. Sarah’s real estate practice included purchases and dispositions of commercial properties for both buyers and sellers; drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and lease agreements; and land use, permitting, and zoning projects. Sarah’s corporate practice included mergers and acquisitions; legal services for nonprofit organizations; start-up funding; and assisting businesses and entities during all stages of the life cycle.

Sarah excels in applying her multifaceted skill set. As a student at Boston College Law School, she assisted with complex matters of securities law as a legal intern at a private investing platform that facilitated financing for start-ups. Sarah also served as a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Narcotics and Money Laundering Prosecution Unit. During law school, Sarah volunteered her time and resources through the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office by assisting those affected by the opioid epidemic with filing claims in a big pharma bankruptcy proceeding and speaking at related community events to educate the public on the same.

Her diverse professional background extends to finance and accounting, where she was a specialist before attending law school. Sarah’s financial management skills were refined through auditing, handling intricate accounting matters, and interpreting financial statements.

At Allcock & Marcus, Sarah will focus on general condominium representation, contracts, transactional matters and zoning issues which will allow her to provide well rounded legal support to our clients.
