Overview

John Mullen brings extensive experience and a sharp legal acumen to our litigation department. His practice focuses on handling complex disputes and matters related to condominiums, real estate, and construction law. John is adept at navigating intricate legal challenges, including property disputes, construction defect claims, and association governance issues.

Before joining Allcock & Marcus, John built a distinguished career at the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office. During his tenure, he served as the supervising Assistant District Attorney in the Stoughton and Dedham District Courts as well as a prosecutor at Quincy District Court.

John earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts Law School, where he excelled academically and developed a strong foundation in legal theory and practice. Before pursuing his legal career, John graduated from Bryant University with a bachelor’s degree, where he demonstrated leadership and teamwork as a member of the university’s baseball team. His time on the field taught him the importance of discipline, strategy, and collaboration—qualities he brings to his legal practice today.
